Great Software !

This app is a great example of software that does a wonderful job at a defined function. It does it so well and efficiently you can’t live without it. PopClip is one of those Zen things , simple but very powerful. It’s a bargain at it’s price and way more. Grasshopper, get this app you won’t regret it.

A gem.

PopClip is a freakishly handy app that I use it dozens of times each day, every day. Once I configured PopClip with the extensions I like it became an essential part of my workflow. This is excellent software and worth every penny.

Absolutely indispensable

Double click a word or phrase, and MAGIC happens. How this app is so amazing and so cheap.. I dunno, but I’m very happy I have a license! Thanks so much for making Popclip, it helps me every single day. (helps my team too, since I funded copies for all my staff)

Amazing app!

This is definitely one of the main apps on my Mac. A must have!

Indispensable

This simple addition to my tools is something I cannot imagine not having now that I’ve used it for a couple of years. I highly recommend this app. It puts so many actions right where you need them, a click away, instead of zooming across you monitor or remembering the shortcut key combination. Buy this app!

Booyah! Totally Awesome!!!!

I heard about this app on a YouTube video by Steve Dotto. He highly recommended it and I now understand why. It is totally delicious. Kudos to the developer!

A Desert Island App

I don’t normally write reviews. But it occurred to me that I use this little app constantly throughout the day, and completely take it for granted. It is so essential that it feels like part of the OS. If you use a MacOS, you should not hesitate to buy this app. You won’t regret it.

Love it!

This tool is like sharing clipped text or links on speed - it saves tonnes of time during the day - especially to safari, mail or Evernote, which is where most of my data goes. I actually turned it off for a day to see if it made any difference and by lunchtime was pretty cranky and slowed down - you don’t realise how much you use it until it’s not there. Awesome little tool - magic!

Love the integration with other apps

Integrates very well with other apps and seems to anticipate what you need to do next. For cutting and pasting it’s a joy, and the integration with third party apps such as 2Do and OneNote is very impressive. Nice work!

Yay for context.

I’ve been using this application for over year. It’s a terrific Utility for your Mac workflow no matter your field of specialty or the task. There is an extension for just about anything you might need to occur quickly and on the fly without a lot clicking and opening of other windows. Make a selection and the pop-clip utility will provide a discreet seletion of installed extensions….fast loading and not a lot of cpu time.

None better.

Everything in life should work so well. Thanks for a great app.

Incredibly Handy!

I had my doubts on the usefulness vs annoyance factor of this utility, but I’m a believer! I do a ton of writing and copy/pasting and word counting and this is indispensible. The sheer number of extentions available make this a no-brainer buy: formatting, statistics, display, text-to-speech, translation, app integration - it’s got it all!. Totally worth the $5 for me. Love it!

An Absolutely Required App!

What else can I say? This application is required with OSX. The features are amazing, the ability to easily add over 100 additional components shows continued development effort and the fluidity of the app functionality cannot be overstated. I use the features of this app no less than 20 times per day. I’ve added some of the custom add ons and they all work flawlessly. Do yourself a favor and buy this app now. You will thank yourself over and over. Fantastic job everyone!

Really don’t need the functionality of auto copying selection in browser

When I select a piece of text in the browser, the popclip will copy the selection into my clipboard automatically. It results in that I can’t use my clipboard history software. I strongly suggest PopClip should provide an option to close this functionality.

MAY CAUSE COPY PROBLEM

Although it is said that in the lastest release (the one after yosemite) the copy problem is solved, but acutally it still remains, even though you uninstall the software. This purcahse make me feel really remorseful. Please check out the posts online first before making the decision. AND IT DOES NOT WORK WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE AT ALL.

Flippn Fantastic

Ive been using this for over a year and its become one of my indespenible OS X items. I must use it 20x a day. It does so many things that I cant even list the ones I use the most. My only problem is I now have so many that my selection bar is becoming a bit long, but that may be a good thing... My only complaint is that sometimes the selection bar doesnt appear after text selection, but I think thats due to my computer working a process at the time, my laptop is five years old now its just not that fast anymore. :(

the best

the best app can u add option open in bacground? thnks

Outstanding Program - Very Responsive Programmer

I had a few issues with PopClip when I installed it. Turned out there was a bug introduced by Apple in the latest version fo Yosemite that the developer didn’t know about. He got back to me within 4 hours, acknowledged the issue and provided me w/a temporary fix via Terminal. This is outstanding service that gives me the confidence that this is a very well supported program. As far as the features, they speak for themselves as to the number of 3rd party developers who have thrown their hat it ProClip and invested their time supporting it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

PopClip is a Must-Have Utility

At it’s core it’s a good, basic Mac utility. It really shines when you incorporate it with other apps and websites. Be sure to explore the different plugins that work with PopClip and you’ll soon find yourself saving lots of clicks — and time.

A truly amazing and gifted app!

PopClip is one of those tools that make you wonder how you ever got along without them. Best of all, it’s also one of those pop-it-in-and-forget-it kind of apps. Text expanders are great. But when you can copy and paste your way to blissful work without having to remember cryptic abbreviations, that’s productivity in the truest sense of the word.
